SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CET), as well as those placed on weekends or holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high demand (launches, Black Friday, special campaigns, or peak season), processing times may be affected.


2. Shipping Rates and Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and are displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times begin from the moment the order is shipped, not from the date of purchase.


3. Free Shipping

Free shipping is available in the following countries when the order reaches the indicated minimum amount (applied automatically at checkout):

  •  €90: Spain
  • €120: Spain, Portugal
  • €150: Canary Islands, Italy, France, Germany, Belgium and Netherlands
  • €170:  United Kingdom, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.

If your country is not on this list, free shipping is currently not available.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.

Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate.


5. Customs, Taxes, and Duties

Shipments within the European Union (EU)

Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to additional customs or import taxes.
The price you see at checkout is the final price.

International Shipments (outside the EU)

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, duties, or fees, depending on the destination country and local regulations.


These costs:

  • Are not included in the product price or shipping cost
  • Must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery or during the import process


ROCKET has no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount, as they are set by the customs authorities of each country.

If an order is rejected for non-payment of customs charges or applicable taxes, the shipment will be returned to the sender and handled as indicated in section 10.

6. Delivery Attempts and Collection Points

If the carrier cannot make the delivery, they may:

  • Make a new delivery attempt, or
  • Leave the order at a collection point, depending on the carrier and destination country.

It is the customer's responsibility to track the shipment and collect the order within the timeframe indicated by the carrier.



7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

ROCKET is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, what is indicated in section 10 will apply.



8. Delays

ROCKET is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to:

  • Customs retention
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier incidents
  • Strikes or force majeure



9. Lost, Stolen, or Marked as Delivered Orders

If your order tracking shows as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors, concierge, or building management
  • Contact the carrier directly

If the problem persists, please contact our customer service team within a maximum of 7 days from the delivery date.



10. Return to Sender / Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to ROCKET due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Failure to collect the order at a collection point
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Refusal of the order
  • Non-payment of taxes, duties, or customs fees


Original shipping costs will not be refunded.


Special Notice – Latin America

For shipments to Latin American countries, if the order is returned due to absence, incorrect or incomplete address, non-collection, refusal to pay customs/taxes, or package refusal, shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances.

This applies to any destination within Latin America, regardless of the country.




11. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed.

Once the order has entered the preparation or shipping phase, it will not be possible to cancel it.
