DISCLAIMER AND INFORMED CONSENT FORM FOR PARTICIPATION IN A RUNNING TRAINING PROGRAM

1. IDENTIFICATION This form regulates participation in the running training programs offered by ROCKET ATHLETICS, S.L., with registered office at Calle Santa Catalina 59, 3-3 and CIF B24879686, hereinafter referred to as "Rocket Athletics." Acceptance of this document is mandatory for all individuals who contract or participate in said programs (hereinafter, "the Athlete"), whose data are included in the corresponding registration or purchase process.

2. PURPOSE The purpose of this document is to:
- Inform the Athlete about the nature of the service provided by Rocket Athletics.
- Ensure that the Athlete participates voluntarily and consciously.
- Establish a disclaimer of liability, within legally permitted limits, arising from sports practice.

3. NATURE OF THE SERVICE The Athlete declares to know and accept that:
- Rocket Athletics provides running sports training services, which may include training planning, monitoring, advice, and complementary strength training.
- The service is primarily provided online or remotely, through digital platforms, applications, and communication channels.
- Rocket Athletics does not provide medical, health, or rehabilitation services, and its coaches are not a substitute for healthcare professionals in any case.

4. HEALTH STATUS AND PHYSICAL FITNESS The Athlete declares under their sole responsibility that:
- They are in adequate physical and health conditions for physical activity and running.

- They do not suffer from illnesses, injuries, pathologies, or medical conditions that contraindicate sports practice, or have previously and truthfully informed Rocket Athletics of any such conditions.

- They have been informed that it is advisable to undergo a prior medical examination before starting any training program. The Athlete undertakes to immediately communicate any relevant change in their health status.

5. RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH RUNNING The Athlete acknowledges that the practice of running and physical training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Muscle, joint, tendon, or bone injuries.
- Overload, fatigue, physical discomfort, or muscle pain.
- Falls, blows, or accidents during sports practice.
- Risks derived from external factors such as weather, terrain, traffic, or other uncontrollable circumstances. The Athlete expressly accepts these risks and declares to assume them voluntarily.

6. RESPONSIBILITY AND EXONERATION The Athlete acknowledges and accepts that:
- Training is undertaken at their own risk.
- Rocket Athletics, its partners, coaches, collaborators, or personnel will not be responsible for injuries, physical, psychological, or material damages derived from the practice of training, except in cases legally required.
- Rocket Athletics is not responsible for damages arising from non-compliance with training instructions, improper use of the program, or incorrect execution of exercises.
- The Athlete is responsible for adapting the intensity of the training to their sensations, stopping the activity at any anomalous symptom, and acting with prudence. Consequently, the Athlete exonerates Rocket Athletics from liability within the limits established by current legislation.

7. USE OF DIGITAL MEANS The Athlete accepts that:
- The program is monitored through digital platforms and means.
- Technical incidents beyond Rocket Athletics' control may occur (connection failures, third-party applications, personal devices, etc.).
- Rocket Athletics is not responsible for such incidents when they are not directly attributable to its actions.

8. DATA PROTECTION The personal data of the Athlete will be processed in accordance with current data protection regulations, for the purpose of managing the contractual relationship and the training program. The Athlete has been informed of their rights and how to exercise them in accordance with the corresponding privacy policy.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF THE FORM The contracting of the training program and the express marking of the corresponding acceptance box imply that the Athlete:
- Has read this form in its entirety.
- Understands its content.
- Accepts it freely, voluntarily, and consciously. This acceptance has full legal validity and is an essential requirement to participate in Rocket Athletics programs.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION This form is governed by Spanish law. For any controversy arising from its interpretation or application, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of Rocket Athletics, unless otherwise provided by applicable regulations.
