What do I need to start training with Rocket Athletics?

You only need a pair of running shoes, a device to record your workouts (GPS watch or mobile app), and a desire to improve. We'll take care of the rest.

Do I need prior running experience, or can I start from scratch?

It doesn't matter what your level is. Our coaches design plans for all types of runners, from people just starting to run to more experienced athletes. For short distances as well as marathons and ultras.

How are the initial assessment and performance test carried out?

When you register, you will fill out a very comprehensive Rocket questionnaire that allows us to collect initial data. Then you will have a call with your coach to get to know each other and personalize your plan.

Is there a minimum subscription period?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure high quality and a fair price.

Why 3 months?

Because in less time we wouldn't be honest with you. We want training at Rocket to be a turning point in your running, and that requires commitment and consistency during this period.

What happens if I can't train for a month due to a serious injury?

Let us know and we'll pause your subscription. That way you won't miss out on workouts or money during your recovery or absence.

About personal training

How is my coach selected? Can I change coaches if I need to?

We'll assign you the trainer that best fits your goals. If you decide you'd prefer to switch along the way, we can discuss it without a problem. Above all, we want you to feel like part of the Rocket family.

What type of training will I receive (running, strength, technique…)?

You will have a complete training plan that includes running and specific strength sessions.

Can I hire a personal trainer if I live outside Spain?

Of course! Our personal training sessions are 100% online, allowing us to support you no matter where you live. Your trainer will always be close by, designing your customized plan and adapting it to your life so you can achieve your goals anywhere in the world.

Why is the Train2Go platform used for planning workouts?

We work with Train2Go because it is a professional and easy-to-use platform that allows us to directly download workouts to our watch or mobile. In addition, as it is a Spanish company, we have close, agile, and much more effective support than other platforms.

How often is my training plan reviewed and adjusted?

Your plan is 100% personalized and is reviewed weekly. The coach makes the necessary adjustments based on your progress, always listening to your feedback and adapting to your lifestyle and circumstances so that training is effective, realistic, and sustainable over time.

About communication

How does Telegram support work and what are its advantages?

Upon joining, you will receive a private Telegram chat link with your coach. There you can ask questions and receive direct support.

What hours can I write to my coach and how long does it take for them to respond?

You can write at any time and your coach will reply as soon as possible during business hours (8 am-8 pm, Monday-Friday). We usually respond in less than 24 hours.

Will I have direct contact with Sergio Turull (Pitufollow)?

Yes, Pitufollow is present in your private Rocket chat and in most of the events we will hold in the future.

Is there a Rocket Athletics Strava group?

Yes, it's the perfect place to share workouts and motivate each other. You can search for "Rocket Athletics" or join at this link: Strava club

About payments and legality

How are payments made and with what methods (Stripe, card, PayPal)?

All payments are securely processed through Shopify. You can use credit, debit, or other supported methods.

What happens if I don't get a spot in the first registration period?

You've been automatically added to the waiting list. This will give you priority for the next opening. We recommend following us on Instagram (@rocket.athletics), where we announce new spots, updates, and events.

Do prices include VAT and is official invoicing available in Spain?

Yes, all prices include VAT and we issue an official invoice from our company in Spain.

What happens if I sign up and then decide to cancel, do I get my money back?

If you decide to cancel before receiving your first training plan, we will refund 100% of your payment and free up your spot for someone else. If you cancel after having received your personalized plan, you can unsubscribe and the next cycle will not be renewed (provided you are outside the initial 3-month commitment period)

What happens if I leave Rocket Athletics and want to return in the future?

At Rocket Athletics, you will always be welcome, and we will be delighted to have you back. However, please note that our spaces are very limited, so if they are full, you will be added to the waiting list.

About results and trust

Are the plans equally effective for elite runners and beginners?

Yes. Our coaches customize plans for all levels, distances, and disciplines. Since these are personalized workouts, we adjust the loads, volumes, and intensities according to your experience, goals, and availability. It doesn't matter if you're running your first 10K or training for an ultra or a triathlon, you will always have a tailor-made plan to help you progress safely and effectively.

Other running clubs charge me less than Rocket, why is that?

We cannot question the work of other coaches or Clubs, but we can guarantee that our personalized plans are developed one-on-one, with all that entails. We analyze your level, your goals, your availability, even your lifestyle, and from there we build a unique training program for you. This requires time, knowledge, and real follow-up from a coach. We are people accompanying people

Why are spaces limited?

We don't seek quantity, but quality. That's why we limit the number of spots, so we can dedicate the attention each athlete deserves.
